What can we say about Tweak? He's the logo/mascot of InsaneJournal, a big demented smiley face. Users can load in sayings for him to utter, and somehow, around half of those seem to be QAF-isms. We were spamming our journals so much with the Kinney-quotes and Emmett-wisdom we'd see Tweak say, and thus this community was born, so it could all be in one place. Somewhat amusingly, it's one of the most frequently-updated communities on InsaneJournal.
